Terms & Conditions

Please read this before booking a Stardust party

To ensure your appearance is as magical as possible, please read the terms &
conditions which form an agreement between Stardust Parties and the customer
detailed on the completed booking form.

1. Confirmation of Booking
Your booking with Stardust Parties is confirmed once you have submitted the booking form, paid a non-refundable deposit and you receive a confirmation of booking email. The final balance will be confirmed and due 5 days before your party. After this point, no changes may be made to the final numbers, details, or party cost.

2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally parties need to be cancelled. We are happy to allow you to reschedule the party as long as we have availability for your new date. If you want to completely cancel your booking then we would charge your
deposit fee as it is non-refundable.

3. Entertainer Changes
Very occasionally through circumstances out of our control your chosen entertainer or character may become unavailable. We will work our hardest to book the character/performer requested and do our utmost to keep this, but may
need to change a performer attending your event due to unforeseen
circumstances.

4. Child Numbers
If your party exceeds 15 children (including the birthday child) the the Gold package will need to be booked. Guest
numbers include any child present and participating at the party. This includes
siblings and other family members.

5. Travel Expenses & Parking
All party prices cover travel expenses within a 20-mile round trip of the entertainer. If your venue is further than this there will be a charge of 50p per mile. We please ask if you can help our entertainers by reserving parking for
them where possible. If there is a charge for parking, Stardust Parties reserves
the right to pass this cost on to the party parent.

6. Pictures & Video
We are happy for photos and video to be recorded at our parties for personal use. We only ask is that you credit us if you share these with friends and family (as Stardust Parties) where possible. Stardust Parties may also send out photographers on occasion for advertising purposes however we will always ask permission to do so.

7. Responsibilities of the organising parent
It is the organising parent’s responsibility to host the party in a safe environment. Stardust Parties can assume no responsibility for any accidents or damages caused by any guests to peoples or property during your party. We do occasionally provide sweets in party bags or prizes. It is the parents’ responsibility to inform us of any allergies and we will do our best to accommodate these. Stardust parties is not responsible for any allergic reactions as a result of food consumed before, during or after the party as well as any
cosmetics used (such as during mini-makeovers). Whilst all of our entertainers undergo extensive training including basic first aid,
any accidents or injuries are the responsibility of the organising parent. We always recommend there are enough parents present to assist with any bumps and bruises, toilet trips and any other welfare related issues so our entertainers can focus on making sure the whole group has a good time. All our entertainers are DBS checked.

We are so proud of our costumes, equipment, and the high standards we offer. Therefore, parents will be responsible for any breakages or damages to costumes or equipment. Where replacements need to be made as a result of damages caused by a guest at a party, the cost of these replacements will fall on the organising parent.
Our entertainers have the right to work in a safe environment. If at any point they feel unsafe or disrespected in any way, they reserve the right to terminate the party and leave immediately.

8. Party Extras
With over 12 years in planning and delivering children’s birthday parties, we know exactly how to create a well rounded event for everyone to enjoy. Should you wish to add some extra fun to your party, we offer a variety of extras that
compliment our party themes and plans. If you are planning to include anything not provided by ourselves (such as bouncy castles, face painters etc.) we ask you let us know so we can take this into account in our party planning.
